Crevice [Fort Evil Fruit] plus guest Phil Langero [Rocket Recordings]
Crevice:
Irene Buckley, Elaine Howley, and Roslyn Steer come together to intuitively follow a shared interest in electronic music, improvisation, and the psychedelic nature of the repetitive.
In 2017 Crevice released their debut album ‘In Heart’ via Fort Evil Fruit to critical acclaim:
“brimming with pristine confidence and something approaching pop aspirations. It’s a funereal whisper for sure, but it’s probably the prettiest one you’ll ever hear.” – The Quietus
“A vital and beautifully-woven release, spanning a huge spectrum of influence and excavating some profound psychic, cosmic and emotional territory.” – The Thin Air
Back together again with a blank slate, the trio conjure, traverse and explore sonic worlds— music to get lost in.

Phil Langero:
As a solo artist he has released 2 albums ‘Notayurt’ (2021) and ‘Practical Dancing for the Modern Man’, (2025, Rocket Recordings). His solo shows involve banjo and electronics, feedback and voice, dirge and release.
Like a dank & swampy Sun Araw playing in the multilayered animated toy box of CAN’s 2nd vinyl from their Tago Mago double, Phil Langero creates a whirling maelstrom that empowers and gives agency, both deconstructing and reconstructing.
“Haunted and disjointed in the best way” - The Wire
“Twisted and unsettled, whispered mysteries exhaled in a distant growl of reverb” - The Quietus
