Paint Punch Demo

Watch a Paint Punch workshop in action! Originally created by artist Frank McCarthy, Paint Punch is an artistic process that blends boxing with art, allowing participants to release energy by punching paint onto boards. The project has engaged adults and teenagers nationally and internationally with exhibitions in Limerick, Kerry and Sweden.

This is a free event for all ages to come along to watch, and no booking is needed.
