Launch Party at Kunstverein Aughrim
4–8pm, Thursday 20 November 2025

Join us between 4pm and 8pm on Thursday 20 November for a double bill of special events at Kunstverein Aughrim, marking the launch of our newest initiative: House of Kunst. 

Schedule
4–6pm: Suppose a Stone conversation and zine launch as part of Irish Design Week. This event marks the culmination of our accessibility study of Aughrim, and brings it to a close with the launch of a new zine created and compiled by Finn Richards, in collaboration with designer Eamonn Hall (ART DEPT) and architect Jenny O’Leary (Howff). Join us for an informal conversation about the project and its impact, engagement and potential within the local community.

6–8pm: Sale of Work featuring artworks for sale, live inaccurate palm readings by Isadora Epstein, and Sell, Sel, Cel cocktails and salty celery based refreshments by Michelle Darmody. New and existing artworks (etc) by the following artists will be available for purchase on the night: Forerunner, Isadora Epstein, Rich Gilligan, Áine Mac Giolla Bhríde, Sonia Shiel, Deirdre O’Mahony, Bassam Issa Al-Sabah, Sarah Browne, Marielle MacLeman, Eslam Abd El Salam, Marie Farrington, and Ruth E Lyons among others.

No booking is necessary for these events. Everyone is welcome to pop in and say a quick hello, or linger for longer at your leisure.
