DESCRIPTION:Hello\, Jack O’Flynn here\, or Brownsauce. I’m running a weekly
	 evening yoga class\nin the newly built Scouts Hall in Chapelizod.\n\nThe 
	goal is to make space in the evening to step away from our phones \, get o
	ur\nhearts pumping with dynamic movement\, and drop into deep somatic rela
	xation\nbefore bed.\n\nHow it runs. The first half is dedicated to dynamic
	 warmups. We breaking out of\nrigid movement patterns and let the body war
	m and loosen before any traditional\nyoga postures.\n\nThen the main beat 
	of the class is then structured around foundational yoga\nasanas. We move 
	through drills and repeated patterns\, so people of all levels\ncan learn 
	and deepen their understanding of these core postures\, gradually\nbuildin
	g heat and heart rate so you feel the body has really worked.\n\nOnce we’r
	e fully warmed up and loose\, we move towards slow movements and yin\npost
	ures for a real deep stretch. Finally\, an extended savasana and body rele
	ase\nmeditation to end the day softly and drift off to bed\, ready for a n
	ew one.\n\nPlease bring a mat as there are no spares x\n\n• October: class
	es are €10 flat\n• From 1 Nov: €15 drop-in\, €12 concession\, or a 5-class
